Erika Gonzalez works at the University of Southern California where she is the Senior Executive Assistant to the Associate Senior Vice President of Alumni Relations, Erika Jordan. Erika supports Ms. Jordan in providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure uninterrupted engagement for the almost 500,000 alumni within the Trojan network. 

Prior to her role in the Alumni Association, Erika served as the Executive Assistant to USC’s 12th President, Dr. Carol L. Folt and the Vice President for Presidential Initiatives, Dr. Shrikanth Narayanan where she managed special projects and initiatives of the Office of the President.

Erika participates as a member of USC’s Latinx Graduation Committee, the Social Connection Subcommittee, and as a member of USC’s Culture Network, where culture is a shared commitment centered around six unifying values: well-being, integrity, excellence, accountability, open communication, and DEI.

 As a proud Angeleno and community organizer, Erika is committed to a life of service while building and fostering relationships to help create an impact within communities and collectively look at the world through a new lens – one where collaboration is key.
